Administration of the college

The highest body in the administrative setup of the College is the Board of Governors, with Minister-in-Charge of Higher Education of the State Government as its Chairman. The Principal is the ex-officio Member-Secretary of the Board. The Board has representatives from the State and Central Governments, the University, All India Council of Technical Education, Indian Institute of Technology, the Industry, the Faculty of the college etc. Under the Board there is a Standing Committee (Management) with the Principal Secretary of Higher Education of the State Government as its Chairman. The Standing Committee (Management) supervises the administrative functions of the College. Building and Works Committee is a Subcommittee of the Board of Governors. The Principal is the Head of Administration in the college. He is assisted by Dean of Academics, Dean of Administration and Dean of Planning and Development.
